Our Herbs
Our 2026 line of herbal products is coming soon! In 2025, we grew Roselle Hibiscus, Tulsi, and Lemongrass and dried them on the farm for herbal teas. We also grew a small batch of Aleppo Peppers and dried and crushed them by hand for spice. This year, we're bringing those four crops back and expanding with several new crops for herbal teas and spices.

Our Farming Practices
Research shows that there are more living organisms in a teaspoon of soil than there are people on the earth. These soil microorganisms work with plants in ways that make stronger, healthier, more nutrient-rich plants.
To ensure our plants can form these symbiotic relationships with soil microbes, we grow herbs in the ground, using agricultural practices that support the health of soil microbes (which in turn support the health of the plants and the environment at large).
We utilize organic matter like worm castings and mushroom blocks to give the plants nutrients, drip irrigation to deter disease and conserve water, and natural habitat around the farm that welcomes pollinators and pests' predators alike. We do NOT use chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides.
Farming practices that focus on building soil health and working with the environment have ancient origins in Africa and Indigenous communities around the world and were pioneered in the U.S. by Black and Indigenous farmers and scientists like George Washington Carver.
