Collard 'Nobling'

Planting collard greens in early fall or late summer means you can harvest some greens for the holidays and have mature plants in the ground for spring harvest. Ira Wallace taught me that the flavor of collards is improved after it endures a frost. The Nobling collard was my favorite from a collard tasting hosted by Utopian Seed Project.
