Snap Pea 'Sugar Ann'

You can eat the whole pod of Sugar Ann Snap Peas (no shelling needed). Pods are about 3" long at maturity, and you can eat them raw or cooked in something like a stir fry. Peas "fix" nitrogen in your soil, so if a soil test reveals that your soil is low on nitrogen, plant peas to free up nitrogen for your spring garden.
